  1. Greet and welcome clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Schedule appointments for both routine and emergency visits.
  3. Answer phone calls and respond to emails, providing prompt and accurate information to clients.
  4. Maintain accurate and organized client records and files.
  5. Assist veterinarians and other staff in providing high-quality care to pets.
  6. Educate clients on preventative care and products offered by the hospital.
  7. Process payments and handle financial transactions with accuracy and confidentiality.
  8. Handle client complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and management to ensure smooth operation of the hospital.
  10. Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area for clients and their pets.
  11. Stay updated on hospital policies, procedures, and services in order to provide accurate information to clients.
  12. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective operation of the hospital.
  13. Show compassion and empathy towards clients and their pets during difficult situations.
  14. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure the well-being of clients, staff, and pets.
  15. Continuously strive to provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall client experience.
