  1. Greet and welcome clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Serve as the first point of contact for all client inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information.
  3. Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendar for veterinarians.
  4. Communicate with clients regarding appointment reminders, follow-up care, and prescription refills.
  5. Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication, responding promptly and courteously.
  6. Maintain client records and ensure accuracy of all information.
  7. Assist clients with completing necessary forms and paperwork.
  8. Process payments for services and products.
  9. Collaborate with veterinarians and other staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  10. Resolve client complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies and pet care products.
  12. Educate clients on pet care and preventive health measures.
  13. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  14. Continuously seek ways to improve client satisfaction and overall experience.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  16. Attend training and development programs to enhance job knowledge and skills.
  17. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
