Banfield Pet Hospital's Client Service Coordinators are integral members of the team who provide exceptional client service while helping create an environment of care and compassion for both our clients and their pets. We are looking for a detail-oriented and outgoing individual to join our team.To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, have the ability to multi-task, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. You should have experience in customer service and be knowledgeable about veterinary medicine and procedures. If you are self-motivated, have a positive attitude, and enjoy working with people and animals, this could be the perfect job for you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their pets.
  2. Respond to inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
  3. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  4. Handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
  5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  6. Adhere to customer service policies and procedures.
  7. Stay up-to-date on veterinary medicine and procedures.
  8. Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic.
  9. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  10. Collaborate with veterinary team members to ensure the highest quality of care for patients.
