Client Service Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Client Service Coordinator to join our team at Banfield Pet Hospital. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our clients and their pets. You will be the face of our hospital, and ensure a positive experience for every client that visits us.We are looking for an individual who has a strong background in customer service and is passionate about the care of animals. The successful candidate will be an experienced problem solver with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You must have a friendly and approachable demeanor and be a team player. A degree in veterinary science or a related field is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet clients and their pets in a warm and welcoming manner.
2. Ensure all clients and their pets receive excellent customer service.
3. Handle customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
4. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints or issues.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
6. Ensure all customer inquiries are answered and followed up promptly.
7. Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor with all clients and team members.
8. Work cohesively and effectively with other team members.
9. Follow all safety protocols and regulations.
10. Remain up to date on the latest animal care information and techniques.
11. Adhere to the policies and procedures of the hospital.
12. Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
13. Provide guidance and advice to clients on the best care for their pets.
14. Assist in the scheduling of appointments and treatments.
15. Monitor the stock levels and order supplies as needed.
