Banfield Pet Hospital is looking for a professional and customer service-oriented Client Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing excellent customer service and helping bring peace of mind to pet owners.To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent interpersonal skills, have a customer-centric approach, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to pet owners, answering their questions and addressing their concerns.
  2. Monitor customer feedback and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  4. Maintain current knowledge of products and services.
  5. Greet and check in clients and patients.
  6. Schedule appointments and manage patient records.
  7. Process payments and complete financial paperwork.
  8. Ensure all customer data is properly entered and stored.
  9. Provide helpful information and resources to pet owners.
  10. Ensure all customer interactions adhere to company policies and procedures.
  11. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
  12. Offer support to other team members.
