
Client Service Coordinator
Do you have a passion for helping others and working with animals? Banfield Pet Hospital is looking for an enthusiastic Client Service Coordinator to join our team! As the first point of contact for our clients, the ideal candidate for this role will be an excellent communicator, have superior organizational skills, and possess the ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure.To be successful in this role, you will need at least 2 years of customer service or retail experience, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will also need to be highly organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner, answering inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
- Respond to client inquiries via telephone, email, or in person.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and their pets.
- Obtain and accurately record client and pet information.
- Ensure that all client information is up-to-date.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Process payments and ensure accuracy of transactions.
- Ensure all necessary products and services are provided to clients.
- Assist veterinary staff with administrative tasks, such as filing and scheduling.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable for clients.
- Follow all safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures.
