We are currently seeking a Client Service Coordinator to join our team. This position calls for an individual with a strong customer service attitude, great communication skills, and an ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. The Client Service Coordinator is responsible for providing an outstanding client experience, processing transactions, scheduling appointments, and greeting clients and their pets.The ideal candidate for this position should have prior customer service experience, an understanding of veterinary medicine, and a strong commitment to providing excellent service to our clients. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide a high level of customer service to clients and their pets.
  2. Schedule and coordinate appointments for clients and their pets.
  3. Process transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  4. Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  5. Maintain a high level of communication with clients and staff.
  6. Ensure all client service policies and procedures are followed.
  7. Demonstrate an understanding of veterinary medicine and pet care.
  8. Handle client concerns and complaints in a professional manner.
  9. Remain organized and efficient while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.
