Job Description

We are looking for an organized, compassionate, and customer service-oriented Client Service Coordinator to join the team at Banfield Pet Hospital. As a Client Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while ensuring our hospital runs efficiently and smoothly. With your experience in customer service, you will help create an inviting and comfortable atmosphere for our clients and their pets.If you have experience in customer service, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for helping people and pets, then this job is for you! We’re looking for a Client Service Coordinator to join our team and help make a difference in the lives of our clients and their pets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to Banfield Pet Hospital clients.
  2. Create an inviting and comfortable atmosphere for clients and their pets.
  3. Assist clients with scheduling appointments and processing payments.
  4. Ensure that the hospital runs efficiently and smoothly.
  5. Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  7. Utilize excellent communication and organizational skills.
  8. Follow up with clients regarding their pet’s progress.
  9. Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
  10. Troubleshoot customer inquiries and complaints.
