Banfield Pet Hospital is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Client Service Coordinator to join our team. Our Client Service Coordinators provide exceptional service to all of our clients and their pets. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task. The successful candidate will possess an outgoing and positive attitude, as well as the ability to work well with a team.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of customer service experience in a medical or veterinary setting. We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills, the ability to problem-solve, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a strong focus on client satisfaction.If you share our commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality with exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Greeting clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Answering phone calls and emails in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Scheduling appointments and managing the client database.
  4. Processing payments and issuing client invoices.
  5. Providing clients with information regarding services and products.
  6. Assisting veterinarians and staff with client inquiries.
  7. Maintaining the cleanliness of the reception area and other common areas.
  8. Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies.
  9. Working collaboratively with the team to ensure excellent customer service.
  10. Resolving customer service issues in a timely and professional manner.
