Job Description

If so, Banfield Pet Hospital is looking for an experienced and compassionate Client Service Coordinator to join our team! We are looking for someone with strong customer service and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to all Banfield Pet Hospital clients
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, veterinarians, and other hospital personnel
  • Greet clients and their pets in a friendly manner
  • Answer phones, book appointments, update client records, and process transactions
  • Ensure all client needs are met in a timely and professional manner
  • Exhibit knowledge of medical terminology, products, and services
  • Educate clients on preventative care, products, and services
  • Assist veterinarians and technicians with treatments and procedures
  • Monitor patient progress, document medical records, and provide follow-up instructions
  • Keep the hospital clean and organized
