Job Description

As a Client Service Coordinator at Banfield Pet Hospital, you will be an essential part of our hospital team. You will be the friendly face our clients and their pets see when they visit our hospital and the first point of contact for any inquiries. The successful candidate should have a passion for customer service and a love for animals. They should be an excellent communicator and have a positive attitude and strong work ethic. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.This is a rewarding role that will provide the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our clients and their pets. Responsibilities:

  1. Greeting clients and pets in a friendly manner and providing excellent customer service
  2. Answering inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
  3. Assisting clients with their pet healthcare needs
  4. Keeping accurate records of clients and their pet information
  5. Scheduling appointments and coordinating with other staff members
  6. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
  7. Ensuring that all safety regulations are enforced
  8. Assisting with additional tasks and duties as assigned
