  1. Greet and welcome clients and their pets with a friendly and professional attitude.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing clients' needs and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Schedule appointments and manage the appointment book to ensure optimal use of time and resources.
  4. Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a courteous and helpful manner.
  5. Educate clients on our services, products, and procedures to help them make informed decisions for their pets.
  6. Maintain accurate and organized client records and update information as needed.
  7. Process payments and handle financial transactions accurately.
  8. Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care for clients and their pets.
  9. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
  10. Keep the reception area clean and organized to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients and their pets.
  11. Continuously strive to improve the client experience and actively seek feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  12. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including safety and confidentiality protocols.
  13. Attend training and educational sessions to stay updated on industry trends, products, and services.
  14. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by working collaboratively with team members and promoting a culture of respect and compassion.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for Banfield Pet Hospital and uphold our mission of promoting pet health and well-being.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication Skills: A Client Service Coordinator At Banfield Pet Hospital Must Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Clients, Veterinarians, And Other Staff Members.
