Loss Control Associate

Works within a dynamic, constantly changing team environment that includes producers, account executives, account managers, BXSI marketing and claims staff and various carrier personnel. Learns to evaluate client and prospect risk exposures and marketability potential. Completes reading and project assignments aimed at building competencies required to perform independently. Assists colleagues with administrative tasks and research needed to prepare for risk assessment and consulting engagements. Delivers consultation services to customers that focus on controlling and reducing the cost of risk. Monitors the progress of services and communicates with team members to change strategies when necessary. Develops working knowledge of BXSI resources and recognizes opportunities to deploy as appropriate. May contribute to new product development or existing product enhancement. Assists with developing presentation materials including but not limited to printed materials and audio-visual media. Assists with delivering training to customers in order to develop presentation skills. May develop training resources if appropriate existing alternatives cannot be located.
