Loan System Analyst

Assist department management and department personnel with loan related questions and issues regarding Loan Platform, ALS, NetTrax, loan documentation, regulatory compliance, exceptions, XNet, Loan Policy, branch manuals, and other general loan questions. Ensure accuracy of renewal, modification, and other maintenance transactions related to loans. Must perform peer training for processes and procedures in the Loan Servicing Area, including but not limited to Problem Resolution, Maintenance, and Specialized Lending areas. Must be knowledgeable of all Loan Servicing Procedures and holds primary responsibility for updating all Loan Servicing Problem Resolution and Maintenance Procedures. Responsible for training and monitoring all process related to the Shadow Accounting functionality in ALS. Must escalate, prioritize, and assist Quality Assurance in the testing and implementation of any corrections and updates regarding ALS issues.
