
Help Desk Analyst
To provide first level remote hardware/software support for BancorpSouth employees. Provides first level support to end users on a variety of issues. Answers calls from users, inputs into a tracking system, fixes issues or reassigns them to the appropriate group. Processes paperwork requests and assigns those accordingly. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision.
Two year college degree or equivalent work experience.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
