- Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of food packaging products to ensure they meet food safety standards and regulations
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards of excellence in food safety
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential food safety risks
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards related to food safety and adjust procedures as needed
- Investigate and resolve any food safety concerns or issues that may arise
- Create and maintain detailed records of all food safety testing and analysis
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure compliance with food safety requirements
- Train and mentor junior analysts on food safety protocols and procedures
- Continuously improve and streamline food safety processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Participate in internal and external audits related to food safety and provide necessary documentation and support.
Bachelor's Degree In Food Science, Microbiology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Food Safety Management Or Quality Assurance In A Manufacturing Or Food Production Setting.
Extensive Knowledge Of Food Safety Regulations And Standards, Including Fda And Usda Guidelines.
Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Identify And Address Potential Food Safety Risks.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Educate Employees On Food Safety Procedures And Protocols.
