- Manage and maintain global employee operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across various countries and time zones.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and leaders regarding all employee operations-related inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in employee operations processes and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of employee operations.
- Monitor and analyze employee operations data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on global employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and propose relevant changes to processes.
- Partner with HR and other departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of employee data and transactions.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Manage employee records and HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for employee operations, providing guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders as needed.
- Respond to employee feedback and complaints promptly and work towards finding solutions to address any issues.
- Contribute to the development of training materials and resources for employees and leaders on employee operations processes and procedures.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Ball Corporation, promoting our values and culture through exceptional service delivery to employees and leaders.
- Continuously seek ways to improve and optimize processes, systems, and tools used in employee operations.
- Uphold our commitment to sustainability by promoting and supporting eco-friendly practices within the employee operations function.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Global Employee Operations Or Hr Operations.
Strong Understanding Of Global Employment Laws And Regulations.
Experience Managing Hr Processes And Systems For A Multinational Company.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Diverse Teams And Stakeholders.
