Extensive Experience In Corporate Security: A Senior Manager At Ball Corporation Must Have A Strong Background In Corporate Security, With At Least 10-15 Years Of Relevant Experience In The Field. This Includes Experience In Managing Security Operations, Conducting Risk Assessments, And Implementing Security Protocols.
Comprehensive Knowledge Of Security Best Practices: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Security Best Practices, Including Physical Security, Cybersecurity, And Crisis Management. They Should Be Able To Analyze Potential Threats And Vulnerabilities And Develop Effective Strategies To Mitigate Them.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Senior Manager, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing A Team Of Security Professionals. Therefore, They Must Possess Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills To Effectively Guide And Motivate Their Team.
Proven Track Record In Security Management: The Senior Manager Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Security Operations In A Corporate Environment. This Includes Experience In Developing And Implementing Security Policies, Conducting Training Programs, And Managing Security Budgets.
Education And Certifications: A Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Criminal Justice, Security Management, Or Business Administration Is Typically Required For This Role.
