- Oversee and manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations at the Burzaco site, including production, quality control, and maintenance.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve production goals and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall plant performance.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe and productive workplace.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and develop sustainable packaging solutions.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and regulatory agencies.

Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Or Production Management Role.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage A Diverse Team.
Knowledge Of Plant Operations, Including Production Processes, Quality Control, And Safety Protocols.
Fluency In Spanish And Proficiency In English, With Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
