- Develop and implement sales strategies to effectively manage and grow core and emerging accounts within the designated region.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients to understand their needs and effectively meet their expectations.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute plans to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of market changes.
- Create and deliver presentations and proposals to clients to showcase our products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure profitable business relationships.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and market trends to senior management.
- Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and contribute to overall sales growth.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and build new partnerships.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Continuously monitor and improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in managing core and emerging accounts.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Packaging Industry
Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Experience Managing A Team
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Customers And Stakeholders
Knowledge Of Regional Core And Emerging Markets, Including Industry Trends And Competitive Landscape.
