Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Hr Business Partner Role Or Related Hr Function
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices
Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies To Support Business Objectives.
