1. Develop and implement global environmental programs and initiatives in alignment with Ball Corporation's sustainability strategy.
2. Monitor and analyze environmental data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous environmental performance.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure environmental goals and targets are met.
4. Stay up-to-date on local, national, and global environmental regulations and ensure compliance for all Ball Corporation facilities.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations and partners to support and enhance Ball Corporation's environmental efforts.
6. Lead and mentor a team of environmental professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development.
7. Develop and manage budgets for environmental initiatives and projects, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of resources.
8. Communicate and report on environmental performance to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and regulatory agencies.
9. Conduct audits and assessments of facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with environmental standards.
10. Identify and implement best practices and innovative solutions to reduce environmental impact and promote sustainability throughout the organization.
