- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and resource to employees, providing guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and practices.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement and retention by creating and implementing programs and initiatives that promote a positive work environment.
- Serve as a liaison between employees and management, addressing and resolving employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop and maintain HR metrics and reporting to track and improve employee satisfaction and company culture.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement training and development programs that support employee growth and development.
- Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success and professional development.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Human Resources Management, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Eeo And Ada.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With All Levels Of Employees.
Experience Developing And Implementing Hr Policies And Procedures, Including Performance Management, Employee Relations, And Benefits Administration.
