Lead and conduct timely and complete investigations into employment related issues or allegations across the company such as harassment, discrimination, unprofessional conduct and other policy violations. Partner with various organizations, particularly the Human Resource Business Partner team to address and resolve employee relations issues. Demonstrate positive interpersonal skills and strong customer service orientation with the ability to adjust style as needed to develop effective relationships with leadership, employees and HR peers. Prioritize and manage multiple competing tasks requiring considerable attention to detail. Summarize investigation findings and recommend next steps to HR management. Act as subject matter expert for training and guidance regarding topics such as discrimination and harassment. Make recommendations on policy updates and identify trends of concerns in the business.
