At Ball Corporation, we are seeking a highly experienced and driven individual to join our team as the Director of Global Compensation & Mobility. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and develop our global compensation and mobility strategies to attract, retain, and engage our diverse workforce. As a key member of our HR leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping our overall talent strategy and ensuring our employees are fairly compensated and supported in their career growth.   1. Develop and implement global compensation and mobility strategies in alignment with the organization's overall talent strategy.
  2. Lead a team of compensation and mobility professionals to ensure the successful execution of compensation and mobility programs and initiatives.
  3. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to ensure competitive and equitable compensation and mobility practices.
  4. Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement talent retention strategies and initiatives.
  5. Review and recommend changes to the organization's compensation structure, including base pay, bonuses, and incentives.
  6. Oversee the administration of global employee compensation programs, including salary reviews, bonus processes, and equity programs.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and consultants to support compensation and mobility programs.
  8. Communicate and educate employees and managers on compensation and mobility policies, procedures, and programs.
  9. Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and mobility.
  10. Prepare and present regular reports and updates on compensation and mobility metrics and trends to senior leadership.
  11. Continuously assess and improve compensation and mobility processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Provide guidance and support to HR and business leaders on compensation-related matters, including job evaluations, salary offers, and employee mobility.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in global compensation and mobility and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
  14. Lead and participate in cross-functional projects related to compensation and mobility, providing expertise and support as needed.
  15. Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership and provide insights and recommendations on compensation and mobility-related matters.
