
Director, Global Compensation & Mobility

- Develop and implement global compensation and mobility strategies in alignment with the organization's overall talent strategy.
- Lead a team of compensation and mobility professionals to ensure the successful execution of compensation and mobility programs and initiatives.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to ensure competitive and equitable compensation and mobility practices.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement talent retention strategies and initiatives.
- Review and recommend changes to the organization's compensation structure, including base pay, bonuses, and incentives.
- Oversee the administration of global employee compensation programs, including salary reviews, bonus processes, and equity programs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and consultants to support compensation and mobility programs.
- Communicate and educate employees and managers on compensation and mobility policies, procedures, and programs.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and mobility.
- Prepare and present regular reports and updates on compensation and mobility metrics and trends to senior leadership.
- Continuously assess and improve compensation and mobility processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and support to HR and business leaders on compensation-related matters, including job evaluations, salary offers, and employee mobility.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in global compensation and mobility and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional projects related to compensation and mobility, providing expertise and support as needed.
- Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership and provide insights and recommendations on compensation and mobility-related matters.
