Job Description

Create clarity by visualizing current technology investments and their interactions. Help build and deliver the portfolio and enterprise “city maps” for future growth. Design, document and implement the strategic roadmap ensuring its feasibility. Conceptualize and design technology-based solutions within scope of the business unit application domain. Assist in advising the IT vision, strategy, technology innovations, licensing and architecture services Influence choices and direction for Solution Delivery at all levels. Help to build a high quality / craftsmanship approach, utilizing best practices, and standards. Review and guide design decisions of our teams. Provide production problem diagnosis and technical support. Consult with project technical leaders on trade off decisions as required. Mentor the delivery teams to build knowledge and skills in current or future areas of need.

Job Qualifications

Experience building modern solutions within financial services or related industry
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients
Proven track record of developing solid working-relationships with associates at all levels
Experience and comfort with Agile/XP/Lean delivery concepts
Multiple years and experiences on Technology Teams in a complex domain
