Job Description

Manage scheduling and logistics for full days of meetings with Baird clients. Includes preparing detailed itineraries, arranging flights, hotels, catering, group events, car service, A/V, etc. for several days per week. Lead the marketing trip process from start to finish, including confirming details, meeting coordination, requesting feedback from clients, and recapping client meetings. Coordinate & manage a dynamic sales team calendar, tracking travel, client outreach, marketing meetings, vacations, internal meetings, and special events to ensure proper coverage and execution of all meetings. Work with the team to schedule client meetings, coordinate conference calls, and drive attendance to Baird client events (NDRs, conferences, field trips, company visits, dinners, etc.). Prepare and deliver several detailed reports of resources provided to clients over a specified period, ensuring accurate data that is presentable for client review. Maintain client records using a variety of research tools to preserve accuracy. Perform Word and Excel functions of moderate complexity. Compose emails and reports from verbal or written instructions. Prepare client materials, compile research, record portfolio holdings, etc. to help sales focus on client needs.

Job Qualifications
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision.

  • Minimum of 1-5 years’ experience performing support functions

  • Series 7 and 66/63 are a plus within first few years.

  • Industry experience helpful
