Job Description

This individual will be involved in both recurring and project-based duties across the business. Maintain and support client accounts for performance reporting, client reporting and ongoing guideline review. Aid in reconciliation of client accounts vs. custodial systems in order to ensure accurate records for trading and reporting. Communicate with clients, consultants, banks and brokers to provide trade and holding information as requested. Understand operational, trading, client communication and reporting functions across Baird Advisors to assist with risk management and compliance. Prepare customized excel spreadsheets and fulfill data requests for portfolio managers to assist in the overall management of client accounts. Assist in the preparation and execution of corporate actions.

Job Qualifications

Business degree preferred and minimum 3.0 GPA required
Desire and ability to become Series 7 & 66 licensed within one year of employment
Ability to work well and thrive in a team-oriented environment focused on providing superior service
Ability to become proficient in a variety of other applications as needed (Custodial Websites, Pacer, Salesforce, etc.)
