Equity Asset Management Operations Specialist

Provide high value service to internal and external clients in an environment that promotes Baird’s culture. Contribute to productivity, efficiency and effectiveness improvements to drive exceptional client service and risk mitigation. Maintain client accounts on portfolio accounting system (Security APL), trading system (Eze OMS), and CRM (Salesforce). Duties include coding accounts, running a variety of reports, monitoring accounting activity and trade processing. Independently researches, collects and compiles documents and data for special and regular reports, selecting data from various sources. Visually scans and/or compares documents, forms or other materials for accuracy and required completeness according to instructions. Updates and distributes reports as necessary. Communicate with clients, consultants, custodians, attorneys and financial advisors to resolve account and trade issues, advising Portfolio Managers of action to be taken. Communication requires knowledge of overall department functions and may require explaining policies, procedures and/or services. Perform advanced word processing and spreadsheet applications.
