Job Description

Proactively build new and maintain current relationships with corporate leadership (CEO, CFO, Investor Relations), including in-person, phone, email correspondence. Regular discussion with companies regarding investor profiles/targeting and ownership analysis. Baird research analysts cover ~ 750 public companies across multiple sectors. Identify aligned and relevant non-covered companies to build new relationship with and gain a full understanding of their investor relations strategy and needs. Provide differentiated and seamless execution for corporate access activities from start to finish, including high volume of emails, phone calls and correspondence internally and externally. Gain an understanding and become knowledgeable about the coverage companies and sectors; ultimately identifying trends and insights into investor marketing activity across the industry.

Job Qualifications

2-5+ years of experience with a passion for our industry.
SIE/Series 7/63/66 license is supported and encouraged.
Ability to work within a team and on a self-directed basis.
Capability to adapt to fast-pace, changing environments.
