Baird & Warner is looking for an experienced Vice President, Designated Managing Broker to join our team and lead our real estate operations. The successful candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in all areas of real estate sales and management. We’re looking for an individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, a commitment to success, and the ability to lead a team of agents to success.The successful candidate will possess a minimum of five years of experience in real estate sales and management, including demonstrated success in leading a successful team. They should have a thorough understanding of market trends and regulations, and the ability to manage and implement marketing, sales, and operational strategies. The candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire agents to reach their goals. The ideal candidate should also have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to grow their career in a highly competitive industry. Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the real estate operations of Baird & Warner
Ensure the team is providing exceptional customer service
Develop and implement marketing, sales, and operational strategies
Monitor and analyze market trends and regulations
Motivate and inspire agents to reach their goals
Manage and delegate tasks to ensure team efficiency
Maintain effective communication with agents and other stakeholders
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
Facilitate training and development opportunities for agents
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
