Job Description

Baird & Warner is seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Real Estate Sales Support Manager to join our team. The right candidate will be a customer service-oriented individual who is an excellent communicator and has the ability to anticipate the needs of our busy sales team.The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to our sales team. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service and support, ensure the accuracy of our sales data, and be proactive in anticipating the needs of our sales team.The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or sales support, and have exceptional organizational and time management skills. You must also be highly proficient in Microsoft Office and have strong writing and communication skills.If you have a passion for supporting the success of a busy sales team and are looking to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
  2. Ensure accuracy of sales data.
  3. Proactively anticipate needs of the sales team.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  5. Maintain records and documentation related to sales team activities.
  6. Generate reports as requested by the sales team.
  7. Participate in ongoing training and development of the sales team.
  8. Assist with the development of marketing and promotional materials for the sales team.
  9. Utilize Microsoft Office programs to create documents and presentations.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with customers and external vendors.
