Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and innovative Program Operations and Marketing Coordinator to join the Baird & Warner team. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized self-starter with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This person will be responsible for coordinating marketing programs, managing campaigns, and developing new strategies to support the organization’s goals.To be successful in this role, the candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of marketing and/or program operations experience. The ideal candidate will have a degree in marketing or a related field and a strong understanding of the real estate industry. Additionally, they should have the ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously while ensuring high-quality deliverables. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adjust quickly to changing priorities.We’re looking for someone who is passionate about marketing and is driven to improve processes and increase efficiency. Responsibilities:

  9. Monitor and analyze program progress and performance.
  10. Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
