  1. Lead and mentor a team of private equity professionals to ensure high performance and achievement of goals.
  2. Develop and implement strategies for successful private equity investments, in line with company objectives.
  3. Oversee the due diligence process for potential investments, including financial analysis and risk assessment.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of current investments, providing recommendations for improvement or divestment when necessary.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new investment opportunities.
  6. Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments to inform investment decisions.
  7. Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and portfolio companies.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management and other teams within the company.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies in the private equity sector.
  10. Continuously review and improve processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the private equity team.
  11. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote the brand and network with potential partners and investors.
  12. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the performance of the private equity portfolio and team.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages growth, learning, and development for team members.
  14. Act as a role model and ambassador for the company's values and culture.
  15. Continuously seek out new opportunities for professional development and growth in the private equity industry.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Experience In Private Equity: The Ideal Candidate For A Team Lead- Private Equity Job At Axa Group Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In The Private Equity Industry. This Includes A Thorough Understanding Of Industry Trends, Deal Structures, And Valuation Methods.
