- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to reserves for all AXA Group entities
- Oversee the accurate and timely reporting of reserves for all lines of business
- Analyze and interpret regulatory guidelines and standards to ensure accurate reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement processes for maintaining and reporting accurate reserves
- Monitor and report on any changes or updates to regulatory requirements related to reserves
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies and authorities
- Provide recommendations and insights to senior management on potential impacts of regulatory changes on reserve requirements
- Lead and mentor a team of junior actuaries to ensure high quality work and adherence to regulatory standards
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of reserve processes to identify any areas for improvement or risk mitigation
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to reserve reporting and recommend any necessary changes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Or A Related Field.
Fellowship In The Casualty Actuarial Society (Fcas) Or The Society Of Actuaries (Fsa).
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Actuarial Roles, With A Focus On Regulatory And Reporting Reserves.
Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Reporting Processes For Insurance Companies.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Communicate Findings To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
