  1. Design and implement global reward programs and projects in alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop project plans, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to identify industry best practices and trends in reward operations and project management.
  4. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  5. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
  6. Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may impact the successful completion of projects.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert on reward operations and project management, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
  8. Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership on project updates, results, and recommendations.
  9. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of reward programs and projects.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve reward operations processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive employee information.
  12. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and changes in regulations related to reward operations and project management.
  13. Act as a point of contact for employees regarding reward programs and projects, providing support and addressing any inquiries or concerns.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Compensation And Benefits Administration.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities.

  • Knowledge Of Reward Programs And Regulations In The Insurance Or Financial Services Industry.
