1. Create visually stunning animations and designs that bring the AXA Group brand to life.
2. Use your creativity and knowledge of design principles to produce engaging visual content.
3. Collaborate with the marketing and branding team to understand project objectives and brand guidelines.
4. Take ownership of projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality and timely execution.
5. Work closely with other designers and team members to brainstorm ideas and come up with innovative solutions.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality of work.
7. Ensure all designs and animations are consistent with the AXA Group brand identity and messaging.
8. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
9. Use feedback from stakeholders to make necessary revisions and improvements to designs.
10. Maintain organized and efficient files and project documentation.
11. Communicate effectively and professionally with team members and stakeholders.
12. Act as a brand ambassador for AXA Group, representing our values and mission through your work.
13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline design processes.
14. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance the overall creative direction of the company.
