  1. Provide support and guidance to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
  2. Ensure compliance with company values and legal requirements in all HR practices.
  3. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including conducting interviews and facilitating orientation for new hires.
  4. Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  5. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.
  6. Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing resolution and escalation as needed.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
  8. Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for employee retention and engagement.
  9. Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  10. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.
  11. Participate in the development and implementation of company-wide HR initiatives.
  12. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  13. Act as a role model for company values and promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
  14. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and understanding of HR initiatives and policies.
  15. Attend and contribute to departmental and company-wide meetings and events.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Role, Preferably In A Multinational Company.

  • Knowledge Of Local Labor Laws And Regulations.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Ability To Handle Confidential Information With Discretion And Professionalism.
