
HR Administration Services Officer

- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records accurately and in a timely manner.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process by coordinating interviews, processing new hire paperwork, and conducting background checks.
- Manage employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Provide support in the administration of employee performance evaluations, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on company policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure a smooth and efficient HR operation.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and handle sensitive situations with discretion.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with local and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Conduct research and analysis on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR manager.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Continuously strive to improve HR processes and procedures to enhance the overall employee experience.
- Keep abreast of industry developments and changes in HR regulations to ensure compliance and make recommendations for improvement.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Hr Administration Or Related Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Employment Laws.
Proficient In Hris Systems And Ms Office Suite.
