- Perform data analysis and create reports to identify trends and patterns in client data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze client data from various sources.

- Proactively identify areas for growth and improvement within the client analytics function.
- Act as a subject matter expert on client data and analytics, providing guidance and support to other team members.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data privacy regulations in all aspects of data analysis and reporting.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to provide data-backed insights and recommendations.
- Contribute to the overall success of the AXA Group by leveraging data and analytics to drive business impact.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Analytics, Preferably In The Insurance Or Financial Services Industry.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Interpret Large Datasets.
Proficiency In Data Manipulation And Visualization Tools Such As Sql, Python, Tableau, Etc.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills To Effectively Convey Complex Data Insights To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
