  1. Manage and resolve liability claims on behalf of clients in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Utilize strong knowledge of liability claims management to accurately assess and evaluate claims.
  3. Communicate with clients, claimants, and other involved parties to gather necessary information and provide updates on claim status.
  4. Conduct thorough investigations and gather evidence to support claim decisions.
  5. Negotiate settlements and determine appropriate coverage for claims.
  6. Review and analyze complex insurance policies to determine coverage and liability.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed claim records and documentation.
  8. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure efficient and effective claim handling.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in laws and regulations related to liability claims.
  10. Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients and claimants.
  11. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the claims management process.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards.
  13. Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
  14. Provide training and support to junior team members as needed.
  15. Participate in team meetings and contribute to departmental goals and initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Insurance, Risk Management, Or Business Administration.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Third-Party Claims Handling, Preferably In The Liability Insurance Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Insurance Policies, Coverage, And State-Specific Laws And Regulations.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Assess And Evaluate Complex Claims.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills To Effectively Communicate With Clients, Attorneys, And Other Stakeholders.
