Welcome to the AXA Group team! We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join us as the Assistant Vice President for our Bancassurance Digital project and MIS.   1. Lead the digital transformation of our bancassurance business and oversee the implementation of our digital project.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of our Management Information System.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize digital opportunities for our bancassurance business.
  4. Manage the day-to-day operations of the Bancassurance Digital project, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  5. Communicate project progress and challenges to senior management and provide actionable recommendations.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations throughout the project.
  7. Mentor and guide team members to ensure their professional growth and development.
  8. Stay updated with industry trends and developments in digital project management and MIS.
  9. Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including external partners and vendors.
  10. Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues related to the digital project and MIS.
  11. Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of the project to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  12. Collaborate with the HR team to recruit and onboard new team members as needed.
  13. Represent AXA Group in industry events and conferences to showcase our digital capabilities and build brand awareness.
  14. Ensure the timely delivery of project milestones and the overall success of the Bancassurance Digital project and MIS.
