- Lead the digital transformation of our bancassurance business and oversee the implementation of our digital project.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of our Management Information System.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize digital opportunities for our bancassurance business.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Bancassurance Digital project, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Communicate project progress and challenges to senior management and provide actionable recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations throughout the project.
- Mentor and guide team members to ensure their professional growth and development.
- Stay updated with industry trends and developments in digital project management and MIS.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including external partners and vendors.
