  1. Support the sales team by assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
  2. Collaborate with the human resources team to develop and implement effective strategies for attracting and retaining top sales talent.
  3. Act as a liaison between sales and human resources, ensuring open communication and effective teamwork.
  4. Offer guidance and support to sales employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  5. Assist with the development and implementation of training programs to enhance sales team performance.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information and performance data.
  7. Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for HR initiatives.
  8. Assist with organizing and coordinating company events and activities to promote employee engagement and team building.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and human resources to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service to employees, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Contribute to a positive and inclusive work culture by promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  13. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or conflicts within the sales team.
  14. Assist with other HR duties and projects as assigned by the HR Manager or Sales Director.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Sales Or Hr Role, Preferably In The Insurance Or Financial Services Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Hr Policies And Procedures, Including Recruitment, Performance Management, And Employee Relations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Work Collaboratively With Team Members.

  • Strong Organizational Skills And The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Effectively In A Fast-Paced Environment.
