  1. Prepare and review financial statements and reports for accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  2. Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the company.
  3. Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.
  4. Communicate with various departments to gather necessary financial information.
  5. Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end and year-end closing procedures.
  6. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial reporting and increase efficiency.
  7. Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and ensure compliance.
  8. Train and mentor junior accounting staff.
  9. Collaborate with external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation.
  10. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  11. Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.
  12. Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
  13. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as required.
  14. Communicate financial results and analysis to management in a clear and concise manner.
  15. Uphold the company's standards of integrity and ethics in all financial activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Financial Reporting And Accounting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Gaap And Financial Reporting Standards.

  • Experience With Financial Analysis, Budgeting, And Forecasting.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
