  11. Represent AXA Group at industry events and conferences.
  12. Stay informed about competitors and market trends to identify potential business opportunities.
  13. Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
  14. Collaborate with other departments such as underwriting and claims to ensure a smooth and efficient client experience.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, reflecting the company's values.
  16. Use effective communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  17. Handle and resolve any client complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  18. Continuously seek out and implement innovative strategies to improve sales and client satisfaction.
  19. Adhere to all compliance and regulatory requirements in the insurance industry.
  20. Act as a mentor and role model for junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
