- Develop and implement strategies to drive agency growth and increase sales in the Baguio region.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and meet company objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and agents to promote customer retention and loyalty.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and support to agents to improve their sales skills and performance.
- Monitor market trends and identify potential business opportunities for the company.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the region.
- Represent AXA Group at industry events and build a strong network within the insurance and asset management industry.
- Analyze sales data and provide timely reports to senior management on performance and progress towards targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance efficiency and productivity within the agency team.
- Motivate and inspire the agency team to reach their full potential and promote a positive and dynamic work culture.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to make informed decisions and recommendations for the company.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Business Development, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Partners.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
In-Depth Knowledge Of The Insurance Industry And Market Trends In The Baguio Region.
