Job Description

Are you an experienced Business Development Manager looking to join a leading global manufacturer of passive components? AVX is seeking an ambitious and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team and help us to continue to grow our business.Our ideal candidate should have solid technical understanding of passive components, experience in selling and managing key accounts, and the ability to understand customer needs and develop relationships. The right individual will be comfortable working independently while also contributing to the overall success of the team.If you are passionate about sales and have the necessary qualifications, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and meet sales goals.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential customers.
  3. Identify customer needs and develop appropriate solutions.
  4. Understand technical specifications of passive components and explain them to customers.
  5. Monitor customer satisfaction and address customer complaints in a timely manner.
  6. Prepare and present sales reports to management.
  7. Attend industry events and trade shows to stay current on trends.
  8. Stay up to date on market trends and customer needs.
  9. Develop strategies for managing key accounts.
  10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
