  1. Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet the evolving needs of the business.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  3. Keep up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and functionality to continuously improve our processes and user experience.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with ServiceNow configurations and integrations.
  5. Develop and maintain technical documentation for all ServiceNow related processes and procedures.
  6. Work closely with the ServiceNow administrator to ensure system stability, security, and performance.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow development best practices and standards.
  8. Continuously identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to enhance system functionality and efficiency.
  9. Train and mentor junior developers in ServiceNow development and best practices.
  10. Stay informed on industry trends and developments in IT service management and apply them to improve our ServiceNow solutions.
  11. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary changes to ensure customer satisfaction.
  12. Adhere to project timelines and deliverables and communicate any delays or roadblocks to the project manager.
  13. Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
  14. Proactively identify and mitigate risks during the development process.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and security of all company and customer information.
