  11. Mentor and coach junior IT Business Analysts, sharing your knowledge and expertise to support their professional development.
  12. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  13. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and compatibility of new systems with existing infrastructure.
  14. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting a continuous learning and improvement mindset.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology, Computer Science, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In It Business Analysis, With At Least 3 Years In The Insurance Or Financial Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Insurance Business Processes And Systems, Specifically In The Individual Wealth And Retirement (Iwr) Domain.

  • Experience In Leading And Facilitating Requirements Gathering And Analysis Sessions With Business Stakeholders And Technical Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
