- Develop and implement high yield credit investment strategies in line with Aviva's business goals and risk appetite.
- Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, credit ratings, and economic data to identify potential investment opportunities.
- Manage a portfolio of high yield credit investments, ensuring alignment with overall investment objectives and risk management guidelines.
- Collaborate with other members of the High Yield Credit team to share insights and make informed investment decisions.
- Monitor and track the performance of existing high yield credit investments, taking proactive measures to mitigate risks and maximize returns.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders, including credit rating agencies, investment banks, and other financial institutions.
- Provide regular updates and reports on the performance of high yield credit investments to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and market trends in the high yield credit space, and make recommendations for adjustments to investment strategies as needed.
- Mentor and train junior team members, sharing expertise and knowledge to enhance the team's overall capabilities.

Extensive Experience In High Yield Credit Analysis: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Analyzing And Managing High Yield Credit Investments. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of Financial Statements, Credit Metrics, And Industry Trends.
Strong Track Record Of Successful Investments: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Generating Significant Returns From High Yield Credit Investments. This Should Include A Strong Understanding Of Risk Management And The Ability To Identify Attractive Investment Opportunities.
